We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on Ohustle subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider. To request a refund, email support@ohustle.org with your order details and we will process it as soon as possible.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is approved, access to paid features (AI+ Pro) will end and your account will return to the free tier. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
