14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Ohustle subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Ohustle orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at support@ohustle.app and we will forward your request to Paddle.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is approved, access to paid features (AI+ Pro) will end and your account will return to the free tier. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us or Paddle first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
